Kezia Siakimotu – Hands On Bodywork.
Based in Māngere Bridge, I offer massage therapy tailored to your body and your goals. I’m trained in therapeutic massage for deep relaxation and wellbeing, as well as remedial massage for sports recovery, injury relief, and improved movement. I use techniques including cupping, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy, and take a considered, individual approach to support recovery, performance, and everyday wellbeing—whether you’re working through an injury, staying active, or simply unwinding.

I’ve taken my mum to a lot of massage parlours but this is her favourite. Kezaia in the beginning took time to understand her health and note what my mum would like her massage focused on and Kezaia during the hr did just that!! Professional with a very welcoming aura.
