About
Kezia Siakimotu – Hands On Bodywork.
Based in Māngere Bridge, I offer massage therapy tailored to your body and your goals. I’m trained in therapeutic massage for deep relaxation and wellbeing, as well as remedial massage for sports recovery, injury relief, and improved movement. I use techniques including cupping, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy, and take a considered, individual approach to support recovery, performance, and everyday wellbeing—whether you’re working through an injury, staying active, or simply unwinding.

I recently had a session with Kezia while visiting New Zealand, through my sister's trusted recommendation and it was one of the most insightful bodywork experiences I’ve had. Kezia was very knowledgeable, personable and intuitive in her approach to long-term tension with holistic insights that really stayed with me. Her technique was unlike anything I’ve experienced before and I came away feeling much lighter all round. The surroundings were also very peaceful and calming, a wonderful space. Highly recommend Kezia for anyone looking for a more holistic, peaceful and informed approach to bodywork. Manuia!

I came in holding so much stress, tension and tightness. By the end of the session, I felt so much release and lightness, I was walking taller and proud, all of the tension and tightness was gone from my upper body and my neck/face is slimmer. You have incredibly talented hands, the perfect amount of pressure, skilled in deep tissue massage, attention to detail, genuinely caring and kind. Thank you so much Kezia for the beautiful space that you hold and for listening. I highly recommend you guys see for yourself.

The wonderful bonus to this massage experience is the way Kezia suggests additional physio exercises to ensure ongoing and thorough healing. Kezia is masterful in the way her hands are able to identify specific areas that need extra pressure or attention.
